Description

MxChat Form Collection is a Pro add-on for MxChat that allows you to create and manage forms that can be triggered through chat conversations. Forms are automatically integrated with MxChat's intent system, enabling natural form presentation based on user conversations.

Requirements

• WordPress 5.0 or higher
• MxChat Basic plugin installed and activated
• MxChat Pro license
• PHP 7.4 or higher

Installation

1. Upload the mxchat-forms directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Ensure you have an active MxChat Pro license
4. Access Form Collection through the MxChat menu in your WordPress admin

Usage

Creating a Form

1. Navigate to MxChat > Form Collection
2. Click "Create New Form"
3. Add your form fields and trigger phrases
4. Save the form

Managing Forms

• Forms can be edited from the Forms page
• Form intents are automatically created and managed
• View form submissions in the Submissions table
• Export submissions to CSV

Form Integration

Forms are automatically integrated with MxChat's intent system. When a user's message matches a form's trigger phrases, the form will be displayed in the chat interface.
